パンにまつわるエトセトラ × DJ × JAZZ = メタモルフォーゼ / morph. ETC。

当店で人気のベーカリー「パンにまつわるエトセトラ」が音楽と掛け合わさり、いつもと違う表情へとメタモルフォーゼする特別な1日をお届けします。

なぜか音好きのスタッフばかりが引き寄せられるように集まる当店ですが、意外にも会社としては今回が初の音楽イベントとなります。

普段はお買い物の場としてご利用いただいている店舗ですが、実はオーナー自身もかつてDJとしてフロアに立ち、オーガナイザーとしてイベントを企画してきた現場の人間。スタッフたちも日頃から音楽を深く愛し、実際にプレイしたり音を紡いだりしているメンバーが揃っています。そんな私たちのバックグラウンドとカルチャーが自然と共鳴し、今回の企画が立ち上がりました。

さらにスペシャルゲストとして、20年以上のキャリアを誇るDJ setaro & TAICHIが参戦決定。百戦錬磨の二人が紡ぐ激渋なプレイを、どうぞお見逃しなく。

今回のタイトルは「ジャムにまつわるエトセトラ」。

音楽の即興演奏である「ジャムセッション」と、パンに欠かせない「ジャム」。

当日はこの日のためだけに、ジャムをテーマにした普段の営業ではとても作れない「採算度外視」の特別な限定パンをご用意する、ちょっとしたお楽しみ会でもあります。

店内で取り扱っているこだわりのオーガニックビールやBIOワインを片手に、パンを頬張り、心地よい音楽に身を委ねる。レジ越しや店頭だけでは普段ゆっくりとお話しできないお客様と、肩の力を抜いて美味しいものやカルチャーを共有しながら交流できたら嬉しいです。

・事前予約は不要です。どなたでもお気軽にお越しください（入場無料）。

・当店は通常の飲食店・ライブハウスとは異なり、店内に常設の座席やテーブルがございません。当日は店舗駐車場スペースを開放し、外でくつろげるエリアをご用意します。

・ぜひ折りたたみ式の簡易チェアやミニテーブルなどをご持参ください（店内はスペースに限りがあるため、コンパクトなサイズをおすすめします）。

・駐車場エリアは地面に少し傾斜がございます。安定しやすい小さめのイスやシートなどが過ごしやすいかと思います。

・イベント当日は店舗の駐車場をご利用いただけません。お車でお越しの際は、近隣のコインパーキングをご利用いただくか、公共交通機関（ゆいレール美栄橋駅より徒歩約5〜6分）でお越しください。

・手作りのイベントにつき、至らない点もあるかと思いますが、おいしいパンや音楽と一緒に心地よい時間を楽しんでいただければ幸いです。

「我思うジャズ」——Sax・じょじょをリーダーに、本イベントのために結成された実験的ジャズユニット。

演奏テーマは、心地よさと洗練が交差する「スムースジャズ」。ジャズを軸にファンクやラテンの躍動感を自在に織り交ぜるじょじょのサックスと、色彩豊かなハーモニーで音場を支える花城光の至高の鍵盤が、唯一無二のアンサンブルを紡ぎ出します。

知性と直感がスリリングに交錯する即興演奏。二人が織りなす、深く奥行きのある独特な音響世界をぜひ会場でご体感ください。

1999年頃からDJキャリアをスタートし、ユニティ、火の玉ホール、熱血社交場、野外パーティーなど、沖縄県内のクラブを中心に活動。近年では、九州や四国などでもプレイする機会が増えている。

 DJとしての活動に加え、自身でパーティーのオーガナイズも行い、その企画力と集客力には定評がある。

 火の玉ホールで開催していたパーティー「Luna」では、約10年間にわたり常に100名を超える集客を続け、数多くの新人DJを輩出し、沖縄の音楽シーンに貢献してきた。

A special day where "Bread Etc." (Pan ni Matsuwaru Et Cetera), our popular in-store bakery, blends with music and metamorphoses into something entirely new.

For some reason, our shop naturally attracts music-loving staff, yet surprisingly, this marks our company's very first music event.

While our shop usually serves as a grocery store, our owner is actually someone from the scene who once stood behind the decks as a DJ and organized events. Our team is also made up of members who deeply love music, regularly DJing and weaving sounds. The event came together naturally as our collective backgrounds and culture resonated with one another.

The title for this event is "Etc. Related to Jam."

A playful blend of musical "jam sessions" and the delicious "jam" meant for bread.

For this day only, we are preparing exclusive, limited-edition breads themed around jam—items far too lavish to make during regular business hours, prepared with zero regard for profit margins. Think of it as a fun, cozy gathering.

Grab a glass of our carefully curated organic beer or natural wine, bite into some warm bread, and let yourself flow with the music. We would love to take this opportunity to relax, chat, and connect over good food and culture with everyone we usually only greet across the register.

From the mellow breeze of dusk seamlessly transitioning into the night, we have prepared the finest "Chill & Flow" and look forward to welcoming you all.

・No advance reservation is needed. Everyone is warmly welcome (Free Admission).

・Unlike standard restaurants or music venues, we do not have fixed indoor seating or tables. On the day of the event, our store parking area will be opened up as an outdoor chill-out zone.

・We encourage you to bring portable folding chairs or mini tables (compact sizes are recommended, as space can be limited).

・Please note that the parking lot ground has a slight slope. Compact, stable camping chairs or picnic mats are ideal for getting comfortable.

・Store parking will not be available for customer vehicles on the day of the event. If arriving by car, please use nearby coin-operated parking lots, or come via public transit (about a 5-6 min walk from Yui Rail Miebashi Station).

・As this is a DIY, handmade event, things may not be completely seamless, but we hope you relax, unwind, and enjoy a wonderful time with great bread and music.
