Today, we're introducing “Spicy Miso Kimchi Hot Pot Soup,” which will warm you right to the core during the cold season.

This is a straight-type Kimchi hot pot soup that harmoniously balances the stimulating spiciness of chili bean paste (tōban-jan) and the deep umami of miso, appealing to your appetite. The key to its deliciousness is the rich broth extracted from domestic dried sardine powder and the mellow acidity of brown rice black vinegar. This black vinegar tightens the overall flavor and further accentuates the richness of the miso and the spiciness of the tōban-jan.
