Crafted from plums grown locally in Saikai, Nagasaki, and mellow brown rice vinegar made from pesticide-free brown rice, this drinkable vinegar is perfect for health-conscious individuals. The rich depth of brown rice vinegar and the refreshing aroma of plum are perfectly balanced, creating a delicious flavor you can enjoy every day without getting tired of it.
Brown rice vinegar is known to help thin the blood and stabilize blood pressure. Combined with the immune-boosting and antibacterial properties of plums, this makes for a reliable companion for daily wellness. The brown rice is grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, and the vinegar is produced using a careful method that includes one month of mash fermentation, two months of vinegar fermentation, and several more months of aging in a charcoal-lined room.
