"Frankly, We Didn’t Ask for Your Preference SORRY No.4 (Session Yuzu Ale)" is a craft beer created with a fresh approach, unconstrained by traditional beer styles. This series is known for producing unique beers that incorporate Japanese ingredients and innovative brewing techniques. The main stars of this session ale are "yuzu" and "coarse salt," offering a light and refreshing flavor. Over 100kg of fresh yuzu peel were used to maximize the citrus aroma, while the salt enhances the flavor even further.
The beer has a light body and lower alcohol content, providing an easy-drinking experience. The refreshing scent of yuzu and the delicate saltiness from the coarse salt are harmoniously balanced, leaving a crisp, clean aftertaste. Notably, the yuzu flavor comes from fresh yuzu peel, not dried, delivering a vibrant, bold flavor.
