This rice flour bread is made entirely from 100% rice flour and does not contain any additives. "It's like bread, but not bread. It's like rice cake, but it's not rice cake." The unique texture may be a little overcooked. If you grill it until you feel like it, you can also enjoy the ``scorched'' aroma.

Three things to focus on! To make it healthy and delicious

1. Rice flour bread that does not contain any wheat or egg ingredients

Even though it is simply called ``rice flour bread,'' the ingredients used vary, and in most cases, in addition to rice flour, wheat gluten and other additives are used. Our rice flour bread is made with a simple formula that does not use wheat flour, gluten, eggs, yeast food, preservatives, or thickeners.

2. I'm actually vegan and have zero allergies.

In place of butter, eggs, and dairy products, we use rice oil, amazake, and other ingredients, and we do not use any animal ingredients, making this bread suitable for vegans as well. Also, since we don't use any wheat flour, we don't use any of the 28 allergens, so anyone can eat it with peace of mind.


3. Use carefully selected sugar and salt

The sugar we use is ``Okinawa sugar with coral calcium,'' made by a long-established Okinawan brown sugar manufacturer, and the salt is ``coral salt,'' made from deep ocean water from Okinawa, made by the same manufacturer. It gives depth to the flavor.




Dryness is the enemy of 100% rice flour bread. It's best to eat it on the same day, but if you can't eat it all, store it well.

You can store it at room temperature until the night of the day, but please refrigerate or freeze it as soon as possible.


Refrigerated storage

Store the bag in the refrigerator.

When you are ready to enjoy it, just warm it up in the microwave or toaster.

Freezing method

It is sliced into 1 serving thickness, so wrap it in a freezer bag or plastic wrap and freeze.

When you want to eat it, let it thaw naturally at room temperature and then warm it up.

Add air and lightly cover with plastic wrap, or use a sprayer to moisten the surface of the bread slightly before warming it.

Approximately 20 to 30 seconds at 500W (heating time varies depending on the device you are using, so please adjust accordingly.)


Wrapping it in aluminum foil or covering it and baking it like steaming will make the inside chewy.

About 7 minutes at 600w.

Rice flour bread doesn't brown easily, so when the edge of the bread starts to turn golden brown, it's a good indicator that it's done baking.

Please be careful not to overcook it as it will become hard.

​Microwave & Toaster

We recommend wrapping it in plastic wrap and warming it for 20 to 30 seconds, then toasting it in the toaster for 1 to 2 minutes to evaporate some of the moisture, as this will make it crispy and chewy at the same time.
