Today, we would like to introduce Umi no Sei's "Domestic Light Bite Soy Sauce"!

Umi no Sei Domestic Organic Koikuchi Soy Sauce is a light soy sauce produced in Shodoshima, the home of soy sauce production, and is characterized by its light color and delicious salty taste. This soy sauce is ideal for dishes that bring out the color and flavor of the ingredients, and is perfect for simmered dishes, soups, Kansai-style udon noodles and oden. It is also recommended for stir-fries and cooked rice.

This soy sauce is made from Japanese whole soybeans and wheat grown without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers by contract farmers in Japan, and Umi no Sei, a traditional mineral-rich sea salt produced on Izu Oshima. This pure soy sauce is prepared in cedar vats on Shodoshima and matured slowly for one to two years using the natural brewing method, without any salt-water splitting.

Umi no Sei Domestic Organic Koikuchi Soy Sauce is made without additives and contains only about 16% salt. We hope you will try this soy sauce, which is made according to traditional Japanese methods and enhances the original taste of the ingredients.
