Today, we're introducing "Tekka Miso Furikake," a traditional dietary health dish that allows you to easily boost your body's power.

This furikake (rice seasoning) is an arrangement of the long-loved Tekka Miso, made to be easily enjoyed at the daily dinner table. The main ingredients are powerful root vegetables like organically grown lotus root, carrot, and burdock root. These root vegetables are slowly and meticulously pan-roasted with rich Hatcho Miso and aromatic sesame oil, condensing the umami and nutrients.

The deep, earthy flavor of the root vegetables combined with the richness of the Hatcho Miso makes it so delicious, you'll want to eat multiple bowls of rice. It pairs perfectly with any kind of rice—white rice, brown rice, or even rice porridge (okayu or zōsui). A great benefit is that you can easily supplement your diet with the nutrients of root vegetables, which are often lacking.
