Seawater bittern from Hama Goshio!

Hello, this is Tenbusu, the organic market! I'm Tembusu from Organic Market☆!

Today, we would like to introduce you to Hama Goshio's seawater bittern!

Hamamiyoshio's seawater bittern is the bittern that is extracted when salt artisans boil down seawater from Tsushima in Nagasaki Prefecture to make Hamamiyoshio.

Bittern is the liquid that remains after seawater is boiled down to produce salt and the salt crystals are extracted.

It contains more than 80 different minerals, including magnesium (the main ingredient), sodium, calcium, potassium, phosphorus, iron, and zinc, and these minerals are believed to be good for health and beauty.

Use 10-15 drops of Hama Goshio's seawater bittern per 1L (about 4 servings) for stews, soups, miso soups, soups, etc. Use 1 to 3 drops in drinks.

For homemade tofu, we recommend a soy milk concentration of 12% or higher. Mix 30-40 drops of nigari per 200 ml (1 serving) and heat in a microwave oven (600W) for about 1.5 to 2 minutes.
