Today, we'd like to introduce Alishan's "Organic Tomato Paste"!
Born in the Marche region of Italy, this organic tomato paste has a rich and flavorful taste. Campo, the agricultural cooperative that first produced organic tomato cans in Italy, carefully cooked selected organic tomatoes to concentrate the original umami of tomatoes.
By concentrating freshly harvested ripe tomatoes about six times, the rich flavor of tomatoes is preserved. It can be easily added to various dishes such as pasta sauce, soup, and minestrone to add the flavor of tomatoes. For example, adding a little to meat sauce will enhance the depth of flavor and umami. It is also recommended to add it to omelets and stir-fries.
