Today, we’re introducing the organic tea beer Ureshi (Mint Hojicha)!

From Akatsuki Brewery’s “Ureshi” series, based on the concept of “Japanese-style beer,” comes this unique organic tea beer made with organic hojicha grown in Ureshino, a region said to be one of the birthplaces of tea cultivation in Japan’s Sefuri mountain range. For a refreshing twist, organic mint from Kagoshima is also blended in.

The mellow roasted aroma of hojicha harmonizes beautifully with the crisp coolness of mint, creating a beer that soothes both body and mind. It offers a relaxing experience—like drinking tea, yet it’s unmistakably beer.
