This minestrone is a soup made only with plant-based ingredients, which we wholeheartedly recommend to both vegans and vegetarians. Its greatest appeal is that you can consume nine different types of organic vegetables at once. Carrots, cabbage, potatoes, green beans, peas, paprika, onions, and leeks are used generously.

The natural sweetness and umami of the vegetables are concentrated, and with the addition of several herbs, it achieves a deep, rich flavor. Since it relies on the authentic deliciousness of the ingredients, without using chemical seasonings, it’s perfect when you feel you need more vegetables or want to add another side dish to your menu.
