This “Nukazuke Starter” is a product developed so that anyone can easily start making nukazuke, a traditional part of Japanese food culture. The commitment is to the main ingredient: it uses 100% rice bran from specially cultivated domestic rice. Furthermore, by carefully roasting it using the hiragama (flat pot) roasting method, the rich, savory aroma inherent to rice bran is brought out.

It is very easy to use. Simply prepare a container for the nukadoko (bran bed), mix one bag of this product with cooled salt water, and your authentic nukadoko is complete. This simplicity ensures that even those attempting nukazuke for the first time can do so with confidence.
