Today I would like to introduce you to Mukai Chinmindo's "Washichimi"!
Wa-Shichimi" is a handmade shichimi made with a unique blend of seven kinds of spices (golden sesame, chili pepper, Japanese pepper, Japanese pepper, chimpi, suji green laver, black sesame, and amaranth) produced in Japan with a low level of spiciness. No synthetic colors, preservatives, flavors, or additives are used, and the aroma and flavor of the carefully selected ingredients are preserved. The fresh taste and aroma are carefully handmade in small quantities and sealed in the packet.
