Honkuzu no Sei" is made from 100% Nara-grown Yoshino honkuzu flour, making it an easy way to take in this traditional Japanese superfood in supplement form.

Unlike regular kuzu powder, the bleaching process is minimized and the product is freeze-dried, so you can consume 1-2 packets per day in a fine granule type.
