This “Genmai Vinegar Drink Red Shiso” is a health-conscious beverage blending brown rice vinegar and red shiso. Brown rice vinegar offers benefits such as detoxification, digestive aid, nutrient supplementation, cholesterol reduction, and allergy suppression. On the other hand, red shiso has multiple health effects including antibacterial and preservative properties, protection of mucous membranes and skin, alleviation of allergy symptoms, fatigue recovery, blood thinning, maintaining healthy skin and mucous membranes, and strong antioxidant effects. You can enjoy this drink by diluting it 5 to 10 times with cold water, sparkling water, hot water, or milk. Mixing it 4 to 5 times with milk makes it taste like a yogurt drink and is very delicious. The sparkling water version has a refreshing taste, perfect for hot days. Additionally, you can enjoy a new dessert flavor by pouring it over ice cream or yogurt.
