Cantan Happo Vinegar" is a seasoning made from only natural ingredients, without chemical seasonings, fructose or extracts. It is based on Japanese rice vinegar and apple cider vinegar made from Shinshu apple juice, blended with Rishiri kelp from Hokkaido and ichiban dashi extracted from dried bonito flakes from Makurazaki, Kagoshima Prefecture.
