Drinking brown rice vinegar, YUKOU!

Hello! I'm Tembusu from Organic Market☆!

Today we would like to introduce "Drinkable Brown Rice Vinegar, YUKOU" by Kawazoe Vinegar Co!

This "Drink Genmai Vinegar YUKOU" is a health-conscious beverage blended with brown rice vinegar and YUKOU. Brown rice vinegar is expected to detoxify, promote digestion, nourish, lower cholesterol, and suppress allergies.

YUKOU" is a fruit with only about 100 native trees known to grow in a limited area in the Doinokubi and Sotoumi districts of Nagasaki City, which was once part of the Saga domain.

It is a traditional fragrant citrus fruit of Nagasaki City, and since it grew wild in many areas deeply associated with the Christians, there is a theory that it may have been introduced by the Christians, which may be of historical interest.

It looks similar to yuzu and kabosu, has soft pulp and a sweet, mildly acidic flavor, and its aroma is similar to that of pomelo and yuzu. Studies have shown that it is effective in reducing the concentration of neutral fat in the blood and liver.

It can be diluted 5 to 10 times with cold water, sparkling water, hot water, or milk. When diluted 4 to 5 times with milk, it becomes like drinking yogurt and is very tasty. When mixed with soda water, it is crisp and refreshing, perfect for hot days. It can also be poured over ice cream or yogurt to create a new tasting dessert.
