Today we would like to introduce you to Fruits Basket's "Domestic Contract Apple Jam"!
This jam is made from domestically grown apples with low amounts of pesticides. We purchase whole apples in season directly from the producer, and our staff prepares them one by one by hand. The skin is carefully peeled, the seeds are removed, and the apples are cut into cubes and stewed in Hokkaido beet granulated sugar. The low-temperature pressure cooking process preserves the fruit's natural aroma and texture, while creating a refreshingly sweet jam. The cubes of apple retain their shape and texture in the jam, giving it a fruity flavor.
