Today we’d like to introduce “Delicious Ehime Beef Corned Beef”!

This handmade corned beef is made with 100% high-quality beef from Ehime Prefecture and contains no curing agents, allowing the natural flavor of the meat to shine through. Unlike typical corned beef, it features a tender texture and a refined, gentle taste that highlights the original umami of the beef.

It is produced using an “uncured” method—meaning no sodium nitrite is used, and the salting process is omitted to preserve a more natural, simple flavor. For the fat, first-pressed safflower oil with high oleic acid is used for a healthier choice. Unrefined cane sugar from Kikai Island in Kagoshima and natural salt rich in bittern (nigari) are also carefully selected, reflecting a deep commitment to ingredient quality.

Enjoy it as-is, or pair it with warm rice, in sandwiches, or as a pasta topping. It’s a wholesome and tasty addition to your daily meals.
