The gentle sweetness and mild acidity of "Amami Oshima fully ripened tangerine" is the "King of Mikan". We use 100% Amami-Oshima ripe tangerines, which are full of fresh juice, to make a marmalade full of fresh citrus flavor without using a drop of water to bring out the true flavor of the tangerine.
