Yanbaru wild herb enzyme syrup!

Hello, this is Tenbusu, the organic market! This is Tembusu, the organic market!

Today we would like to introduce "Yanbaru Wild Plant Enzyme Syrup" made by Morioka Farm!

Yanbaru Wild Plant Enzyme Syrup is handmade by Ms. Naoko Morioka, who runs Yanbaru Wild Plant Inn in Takae Forest, and is also called "Full Moon Syrup".

Yanbaru Wild Plant Enzyme Syrup is an enzyme syrup made from pesticide-free wild plants that grow wild in the Yanbaru region of northern Okinawa, picked and fermented during the full moon, when the energy of the above-ground plants is high. It is reddish-pink in color due to the addition of dragon fruit, roselle, and beets, and is also rich in anthocyanins and polyphenols. It has a sweet, gentle taste without the bitterness of wildflowers.

It can be widely used in yogurt, salad dressings, smoothies, shaved ice, etc. Adding lemon, sea squash, or vinegar can increase the enzyme activity.
