Today, we introduce “Vegan & Organic RAW Chocolate!,” a gift full of kindness from Estonia, Northern Europe.

This ROOSIKU chocolate is manufactured entirely by handicraft (manual labor), based on policies of being free of animal-derived ingredients (Vegan), low in sugar, and environmentally conscious. It is surprisingly easy to eat and delicious, hard to believe it contains no dairy products.

Our greatest commitment is to the ingredients and manufacturing method. We use only the rare, Peruvian-origin Criollo cacao variety, which has a harvest yield of less than 5%, as the main ingredient. Berries are limited to self-grown varieties indigenous to Estonia. Furthermore, the manufacturing temperature is strictly controlled to 42°C (107.6°F) or below to avoid damaging the cacao's nutritional value. It is carefully crafted by slowly mixing the ingredients using traditional stone mills.

In addition to basic flavors, the wide variety is also appealing, including elegant blueberry and spice blends that pair well with alcohol.

The ROOSIKU factory was created by renovating a former school built in 1881, serving as a place of relaxation for the local community. Moreover, the packaging film uses biodegradable natural cellulose, demonstrating consideration for the global environment. This is a gift meant to connect hearts, aiming to promote the health of both the consumer and the planet.
