Today, we introduce “The Deliciousness of Tomato, Concentrated! Tomatoma Ramen!,” a healthy bowl you can enjoy completely, almost like a vegetable soup.

This carefully crafted product is a ramen that uses plenty of appetite-whetting tomatoes, even in the hot season. The noodles are non-fried, made with domestically produced wheat flour and kneaded to achieve firmness without using eggs. Our commitment to texture includes the use of “Moko-O Kansui,” which is mined from the geological strata of Inner Mongolia.

The key to the soup is the addition of a richness-imparting seasoning—fermented and aged shio-koji (salted rice malt) powdered by a proprietary method—to the sweetness and acidity of tomato powder. By further adding powdered cheese, a deep richness and umami are tightly condensed. By utilizing this koji fermentation seasoning, we have achieved a yeast-extract-free product. Of course, it is also free of acidulants and colorings.

It is healthy, with 343kcal and 2.1g of fat per serving. Furthermore, you can consume 4.8mg of lycopene (equivalent to about 1.6 fresh tomatoes).
