ROOSIKU Organic Chocolate COFFEE is a carefully crafted raw chocolate from Estonia, Northern Europe. Made at a low temperature of 42°C or less to preserve the original flavor of cacao, it is a luxurious treat.
The cacao used is rare cacao criollo, with a yield of only 5%. It is characterized by its fruity and floral aroma. Raw chocolate, made slowly at a low temperature of 42°C or less, brings out the natural flavor of the ingredients without destroying the nutrients of the cacao. Moreover, it is carefully handmade one by one using a traditional stone mill.
