This "Plum Vinegar with Wild Herb Enzymes" uses premium Nanko plums from Kishu and combines enzymes derived from over 60 types of natural wild herbs and fruits, making it an easy-to-drink plum vinegar. This product maximizes the power of nature, blending the benefits of fermented wild herb enzymes and the tartness of plum vinegar to create a flavorful and healthy drink. It is made with carefully selected ingredients, including wild herbs from the beautiful nature of Mt. Myoko in Niigata Prefecture, and the wild herb enzymes are fermented for over a year with great care.
The fruits used in the wild herb enzymes, such as papayas and pineapples, are all domestically sourced from places like Amami Oshima and Okinawa, ensuring a rich nutrient profile. Additionally, it contains isomalt oligosaccharide syrup, which helps support probiotics like lactic acid bacteria and bifidobacteria, aiding in the improvement of gut health. The formula is also packed with beneficial ingredients like L-type fermented lactic calcium and Korean ginseng extract to support overall health.
