PANTA+RHEI's naturally cultivated rice (variety: Kumasanno Kagayaki) is grown in the rich natural environment of Uki City, Kumamoto Prefecture, using no fertilizers or pesticides. Fresh spring water from the mountains is used for cultivation, and this farming method maximizes the power of nature by avoiding any use of chemicals. The soil is enriched with green manure, such as plowed-in clover, and weeds are controlled with the help of jumbo snails and water fleas, preserving the natural ecosystem.
This naturally cultivated rice (variety: Kumasanno Kagayaki) won the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries Award in 2016, recognized for its exceptional quality. The grains are well-formed, with a shiny and sweet taste when cooked, allowing you to fully enjoy the natural flavor of rice. It's a perfect choice for those who want to enjoy the blessings of nature with every bite.
