Today, we're introducing "Organic Potato Croquettes with Skin," which allow you to enjoy the delicious taste of freshly fried croquettes at home.

These are a special type of croquette, meticulously crafted so that you can fully savor the flavor of the ingredients as you eat, rather than just from the first bite. The star ingredient is the potato, with a generous 45% of Organic JAS certified "Sayaakane" from the Suzuka Farm in Tokachi, Hokkaido. This variety becomes fluffy and sweet when cooked, making it perfect for croquettes. By daring to use the potatoes with the skin on, we've created a highly satisfying croquette where you can enjoy the authentic potato flavor, the savory aroma of the skin, and even a delightfully granular texture.

There are no compromises on the other ingredients either. We use a selection of high-quality materials, including minced Kurobuta pork from Kagoshima Prefecture, domestic onions, sun-dried salt, and non-homogenized milk. The coating is made from breadcrumbs baked with domestic wheat flour, sugar, butter, Shirakami Kodama yeast, and salt, which gives it an irresistibly crispy texture.
