Just Wholefoods' "Organic Falafel Mix" was established over 21 years ago by Anne Madden and James White. Both of them were dedicated vegetarians, aiming to provide high-quality vegetarian foods that were free from artificial colorings and flavorings, which were lacking at that time. As the company grew, they realized the benefits of growing and consuming organic foods, and they began developing their products according to the strict regulations of EU organic food production. Over 80% of Just Wholefoods' products are organic, and any future products will also be organic unless there is a specific reason not to be.
Just Wholefoods' "Organic Falafel Mix" is based on an authentic Middle Eastern recipe, combining chickpeas with coriander, cumin, and garlic to create the perfect partner for warm pita bread. It is ready to cook straight from the box.

Instructions
Put one bag of this product, 225ml of water, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice into a saucepan. Heat and stir well. Once it boils, lower the heat, cover, and continue heating on low heat for an additional 5 minutes. Stir occasionally during this time.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let it sit until it cools. Shape into balls (about 10) and fry in oil for 3 to 4 minutes, and it's ready!
