"Organic Couscous" is a healthy and easy-to-prepare ingredient made from organically grown durum wheat flour. Simply pour an equal amount of boiling water over it and let it steam for a few minutes to enjoy fluffy couscous. The flavor is enhanced when served with extra virgin olive oil and harissa. You can also enjoy a refreshing salad by adding tomatoes, parsley, and lemon.
Additionally, stew poured over couscous is highly recommended.
