Today, we’re introducing “Ohsawa’s Vegan Kimchi,” which is made with a commitment to safe and reliable ingredients.

This kimchi is a new type that is made solely with plant-based ingredients, without using any animal-derived ingredients. Of course, it is also made without preservatives, colorings, or thickening agents, making it recommended not only for vegans and vegetarians but also for everyone concerned about food safety.

The greatest commitment is to the star ingredient, the Chinese cabbage. It uses 100% domestic Chinese cabbage, known for its crispy texture. This cabbage is pickled in natural ingredients such as malt syrup, sun-dried salt, rice vinegar, beet sugar (molasses), chili pepper, domestic grated garlic, and more.
