"Non-Fried Vegetable Ramen" features non-fried noodles made from domestically grown, contract-farmed wheat flour. The noodles are free from kansui (lye water) and are air-dried, resulting in a light yet firm texture. The soup is made without hydrolyzed protein, preserving the natural flavors of the ingredients. This is a healthy yet satisfying bowl of ramen, perfect for those who are health-conscious.
It's easy to prepare. Simply boil the noodles in water for about 4 minutes, then add the soup and seasoning oil. For added nutrition and a more colorful dish, you can top it with seasonal vegetables of your choice.
