PANTA+RHEI's naturally grown rice (variety: Kuma-san no Kagayaki) is a special rice grown in the rich natural environment of Uki City, Kumamoto Prefecture, without fertilizers or pesticides. Cultivation features the use of fresh spring water from the mountains and a farming method that maximizes the power of nature without using any pesticides or chemical fertilizers. By plowing lotus grass into the paddy fields to enrich the soil and using rice fish and giant tadpoles for weeding, they protect the natural ecosystem. The grains are well-formed, and when cooked, they have a glossy appearance, sweetness, and a delightful taste of the rice itself.
