Today we would like to introduce you to Yamana Shuzo's natural sake "0-Yo Sake (Yamada Nishiki)"!

Yamana Shuzo's natural sake is a natural sake that has received the full benefits of nature. In cooperation with motivated farmers, late maturing sake rice grown using organic farming methods is individually brewed, and the name of the sake rice producer is also listed on the label of each sake made to avoid mixing the rice with other rice makers.

Zuyo Sake (Yamada Nishiki)

Yamada-Nishiki, the highest grade of rice suitable for sake brewing, is organically grown at Kozue Farm in the Sha district. It has a refreshing aroma of blue fruits and a light, clear, sweet taste. The well-balanced finish highlights the excellent quality of the rice used to make this sake.
