The microorganisms, especially the brewing bacteria that inhabit the brewery, are invaluable "treasures" that contribute to the unique, deep flavor of Marunaka Soy Sauce.
Marunaka Soy Sauce blends the "perfectly aged" sauce from multiple barrels that have been matured over many years, creating a one-of-a-kind taste.
