Today we’re introducing “Mackerel Simmered in Curry Sauce”!

This aromatic, appetite-whetting dish features fresh mackerel caught in western Japan and carefully processed in Nagasaki. It's seasoned with an original blend of 15 spices, along with onion and tomato powders, resulting in a rich and mild curry flavor.

While curry-flavored, it’s not too spicy—just enough to enhance the umami of the fish. It pairs wonderfully with rice or as a side for drinks. Simply heat and serve—perfect for adding an easy, flavorful dish to your meal.
