For the sweetness that enhances the flavor, it uses domestic brown sugar syrup made from sugarcane grown in Okinawa and Kagoshima, and beet sugar made from sugar beets from Hokkaido. By choosing less refined, natural sweetness, it achieves both rich flavor and health consciousness. Furthermore, domestic rice oil derived from brown rice, using domestic rice bran as its raw material, is adopted for the oil component. This ensures a mild finish without compromising the quality of the ingredients.
