Today, we're introducing "Kikuimo Kinako Maru," a guilt-free Japanese sweet that is kind to both your mind and body.

This confectionery is an evolution of the nostalgic Japanese traditional sweet, "kinako bō," into a modern, guilt-free snack. We use only carefully selected ingredients from Hokkaido. For the sugar, we've chosen the highest-grade raw beet sugar, which is rich in minerals, adding not only sweetness but also a depth of flavor.

The star ingredient, kinako (roasted soybean flour), is full of nutrients beneficial for women, such as plant-based isoflavones, dietary fiber, and iron. Notably, it contains about four times as much dietary fiber as burdock root, which supports your inner beauty. The secret weapon of this treat is organic Jerusalem artichoke powder. It is rich in inulin, which is said to gently regulate sugar absorption, making it perfect for those who are health-conscious. While traditional kinako sweets are usually coated in kinako, we've luxuriously used Jerusalem artichoke powder to create an even healthier snack.

In addition to being delicious, we are thoroughly committed to safety and security. We don't use any refined white sugar, granulated sugar, reduced starch syrup, artificial colors, or GMO ingredients.
