The "Kibi Vinegar Yuzu Onion Dressing" is a flavorful dressing made with plenty of yuzu juice and yuzu peel from Shikoku, and onions from Awaji Island. This dressing allows you to fully enjoy the deliciousness of the ingredients themselves. The traditional Amami "Kakeroma Kibi Vinegar" balances the acidity and enhances the umami of the ingredients. It contains no chemical seasonings, colorings, or preservatives, preserving the natural taste. It pairs perfectly with cold shabu-shabu and Amami dried mozuku seaweed, and can also be used as a versatile substitute for soy sauce.
