Today, we introduce “Japan Toyouke Natural Farm Additive-Free Umeboshi!,” which cherishes and preserves Japan's traditional flavor.

This umeboshi uses carefully selected domestic plums, including plums grown at Toyouke Natural Farm in Shizuoka and pesticide-free Nanko plums from Wakayama Prefecture. The greatest feature is the simplicity of the ingredients: only plum, shiso (perilla), and salt. It is made using a traditional method that utilizes the power of the ingredients themselves, without using any chemical seasonings or additives.

For the salt used to pickle the umeboshi, we adopt sea salt derived from deep-sea water off Muroto, unaffected by microplastics. Furthermore, we use back-red shiso harvested at Toyouke Natural Farm and pickle each plum carefully.
