Today, we're introducing the "Hiroshima Oyster Salt Lemon Oil Pickle," which lets you easily enjoy a luxurious treat at home.

This oil pickle is a special product made with plump oysters from Hiroshima Prefecture, carefully seasoned with our own "salt lemon." The refreshing aroma and tartness of the lemon, along with the mellow saltiness of the moshio (seaweed salt), enhance the inherent umami of the oysters.
