Today, we are introducing Chiba Shokuchoku Service's "Hakkō Duck Liver Pâté"!

This luxurious homemade liver pâté is made with purebred French duck "Hakkō Duck" from Aomori Prefecture. Using the rare liver of the Barbary duck as the base, it is crafted with organic onions grown in Japan, the unique "Canard Oil (duck fat)" produced on the farm, freshly milled organic herbs, milk sourced from carefully selected farms, and the finest quality extra virgin olive oil, ensuring that no compromises are made with the ingredients.

It has a rich and creamy flavor with minimal characteristic liver taste, complemented by a fragrant bouquet of herbs. The pâté has a moist, dense texture with a delightful lingering taste. Perfect when paired with baguettes or crackers, and it also goes exceptionally well with red wine. Enjoy it as a high-quality dish to brighten up special moments.
