Today, we're introducing “First Cold-Pressed Domestic Rice Oil!,” made with a traditional method dating back to the Edo period.

This rice oil is produced using the “First Cold-Pressed Method,” which carefully extracts the oil using only pressure, without any solvents, from just domestic rice bran and rice germ. Only half of the mere 20% oil content contained in rice bran can be extracted this way, making this oil incredibly precious. This natural process ensures that the rich nutrients of the rice bran and rice germ are fully condensed.

The greatest appeal of this rice oil is its versatility. It is mild and has no strong flavor, so it doesn't overpower the original taste of the ingredients, making it excellent for all kinds of cuisine, both Japanese and Western. Notably, its characteristic resistance to oxidation makes it ideal for raw consumption in dressings and mayonnaise, as well as for cooking applications like stir-frying and deep-frying.
