Today, we're introducing “Additive-Free Jersey Milk Island Ice Cream (Salt Milk),” which is packed with the blessings and dedication of Okinawa.

The base of this ice cream is the rare Grass-Fed Jersey Milk from cows raised healthily through year-round grazing. Taken from the Jersey breed, which makes up less than 1% of the dairy cows in Japan, this milk is highly nutritious, as the cows are raised on grass, their natural diet, and is rich in beta-carotene and Omega-3 fatty acids.

It has an exceptionally milk-rich flavor that is both rich and surprisingly clean on the aftertaste. To maximize the delicious flavor of this milk, absolutely no unnecessary additives like stabilizers are used. The sugar is strictly Okinawa-grown kibi sugar (cane sugar), and the amount is kept moderate to help control calories.

The “Salt Milk” flavor uses “Kumi no Shio” from Kume Island. This salt is made from 100% deep-sea water from depths where sunlight does not reach, and is incredibly rich in minerals. This saltiness enhances the gentle sweetness of the milk, creating a deep and unique Okinawan flavor found only here.
