The star of this ice cream is the rare Grass-Fed Jersey Milk from cows raised healthily through year-round grazing. Taken from the Jersey breed, which makes up less than 1% of the dairy cows in Japan, this milk comes from cows fed on grass, their natural diet, and is highly nutritious, said to be rich in beta-carotene and Omega-3 fatty acids.

It is exceptionally milk-rich, with a flavor that is both rich and clean on the aftertaste. To maximize the delicious flavor of this milk, absolutely no unnecessary additives like stabilizers are used. The sugar is strictly Okinawa-grown kibi sugar (cane sugar), and the amount is kept moderate to control the calories.
