"Kenko Dojo Delicious Aojiru" is a green juice characterized by its rich vegetable flavor. This green juice uses 25% vegetable puree and adopts the Fresh Puree Method. This method halts the enzyme activity without applying heat, turning the vegetables into a puree. This technology is patented (Patent No. 4255099). It was developed at 'Sunstar Mind and Body Health Dojo' in Takatsuki City, Osaka, where they practice health methods focused on natural diets like brown rice and vegetables, along with activities like chiropractic exercises, hot and cold baths, and Zen meditation.
This green juice contains nine types of vegetables (celery, parsley, broccoli, komatsuna, lettuce, cabbage, daikon leaves, spinach, and kale) and two types of fruits (lemon and apple). It contains no added sugar, salt, or preservatives, allowing you to enjoy the natural sweetness and flavor of the vegetables and fruits. Especially, the cabbage is processed using the patented Fresh Puree Method, preserving the freshness and nutrition of the vegetables.
