The noodles are specially made non-fried noodles without kansui (alkaline solution), using 100% domestic wheat. Since they are not fried in oil, they are healthier, and you can enjoy their chewy texture and smooth, slippery mouthfeel.

The soup uses absolutely no animal ingredients such as chicken or pork bones. Its deliciousness comes from the rich stimulation and aroma of spices, and the natural sweetness and deep umami derived from slowly dissolved vegetables. It has a perfect balance of savory spiciness and an authentic flavor that makes you want to drink every last drop of the soup.

Since you can easily enjoy authentic curry ramen by just adding hot water, it’s perfect for a busy lunch or late-night snack.
