Allow us to present a special cold brew, perfect for a hot summer's day! Our "Organic Unsweetened Iced Coffee" is truly a blissful cup, brimming with nature's bounty and artisanal craftsmanship. Take a sip, and you'll surely be amazed by its rich aroma and profound depth of flavor.
The star of this iced coffee is organic JAS certified Colombian coffee beans. The lush mountains of Colombia, facing both the Pacific and Caribbean seas, boast significant day-night temperature differences and a perfect balance of wet and dry seasons. This creates an ideal environment for growing delicious coffee beans. We meticulously select and use only 100% Arabica beans, carefully cultivated in this pristine setting.
Furthermore, our dedication to the extraction method truly brings out the maximum appeal of these carefully selected beans. We generously use underground water from the Southern Alps, chosen as one of Japan's 100 famous waters, and meticulously brew using the ネルドリップ (nel drip) method, which thoroughly extracts the coffee's inherent richness. This traditional brewing technique ensures there's no unpleasant bitterness, allowing you to experience the beans' rich aroma and deep body directly.
