Yuzu Marmalade + Living Honey" from Nihon Toyoke Shizen-Noh, the natural food division of Homeopathy Japan, has just arrived!
The company uses compost made from fallen leaves and food residues, which are fermented over a long period of time to build up the soil, and uses home-grown fixed and native seeds.
Yuzu Marmalade + Living Honey" is a sugar-free marmalade made with 100% Toyoke yuzu, organic mirin sugar, organic honey, and plenty of vitamin C in both the peel and juice of the yuzu grown by Shizuoka Toyoke Natural Farming. Although no sugar is used, it has a hint of sweetness because of the luxurious use of Toyoke's organic mirin sugar and organic honey (living honey).
It can be used in a variety of ways, such as spread on bread, in tea, and in cooking.
