Today we would like to introduce HIKARI's "Domestic Organic Okonomiyaki Sauce"!
This okonomi-yaki sauce is made with the natural sweetness of Japanese organic vegetables and fruits, while adjusting the sweetness to suit okonomi-yaki and reducing acidity and salt.
The main ingredients (onion, mandarin orange, carrot, tomato, lemon, yuzu, garlic, and shiitake mushroom) are 100% domestic organic.
The vinegar is made from pure organic rice vinegar made from 100% domestic organic rice and fermented without using alcohol.
Spices are made from the original and powdered forms of pepper, nutmeg, ding dong, laurel, cinnabar, etc. without using any flavoring agents.
No preservatives, chemical seasonings, caramel coloring, or yeast extract are used.
