Mukai Chinmindo's "ICHI-MI-NI-MI" is made from domestically-produced red chili peppers, which are naturally dried and then slowly roasted over a low flame to bring out their savory flavor. This Ichimi chili pepper can be widely used as a condiment in a variety of dishes such as nabe, pickles, and Chinese cuisine.
Components such as vitamins A, E, and B2, potassium, iron, capsaicin, and beta-carotene contained in chili peppers contribute to maintaining good health.
